A bit about who i am
My Name is David Sanders. Born a prairie chicken, i set out to find adventure shortly after studying computer engineering at SAIT. The new millennium had begun and the Okanagan sun was calling! I've worn many hats since then, from Landscaper, Log Home Builder, Small business owner and Heavy Equipment Operator to name a few. Being confined to a desk all day was definitely not in the cards for me! Suffice to say, I'm familiar with the Okanagan geology, climate and unique conditions that can challenge home ownership, knowing what it takes to "build it right".
Family First
Raising a family in Penticton can be such a joy! Married in 2020, my wonderful wife and I now have two little ones, and with so much sun, water, and beautiful wilderness, we have long since forgotten about the 'grind' so often present in bigger cities. As avid campers and explorers, we know the endless trails and lakes are just a short drive away, and we do our best to take advantage of this wilderness whenever possible!
The Unexpected!
Like a poorly planned potato relocation experiment gone awry, life is full of excitement and challenges! Mother nature can be quite the merciless artist, painting the most beautiful sunsets right after burning half a forest. But you DON'T have to wait for disaster, know what you're getting into before the storm comes. I'll do my best to carefully document all my findings, peering in all the tight spaces to assess the major systems of your home before you make that final decision to buy, sell renovate etc.
